The key to the Patrick's Webs concept is affordable web sites that are completely under the control of the site owner. When you purchase a Patrick's Webs - Affordable Web Site, I create template files in your color scheme and upload them to your web server. You upload photos and other design elements, enter your text, format it, then launch your site to the world.
Affordable web design
The price for a fully functional Patrick's Webs - Affordable Web Site starts at just $150.00 (600 NIS in Israel, VAT included) for a 4-page Standard Site. Pages included in the Standard Site are:
- Home page
- About page
- Products or Services page (your choice of either of these, or a joint Products & Services page)
- Contact page (which includes a basic Contact Form like the one used on this site)
You contact me that you are ready to order and I forward the Purchase Order form to you. Once you complete and return the form, I create your site, in your choice of color scheme, and upload it to your domain host server within 7 days. I notify you that the site is online and send you my invoice. When the invoice has been paid, I forward your username and password for the ContentEditable Toolbar and you're ready to go!
Additional Standard Design pages (no changes to the basic design, just additional pages beyond the standard 4-page site) are available at a cost of $10.00 each (40 NIS in Israel, VAT included).
More complex design elements are available for an additional fee upon request. Please complete the Contact Form to outline any additional needs or requirements.
Zero cost for maintenance
There are no additional costs for basic maintenance of your Patrick's Webs - Affordable Web Site. Special requests and maintenance assistance, after your site is activated, will incur a fee based on the request or the maintenance needed. Please complete the Contact Form for more information.
My Guarantee
I guarantee that you will be able to create and maintain your web site without my active assistance, thereby letting you avoid a costly maintenance contract. I also know you will be completely satisfied with your Patrick's Webs - Affordable Web Site, and I offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.
Your 30-day guarantee period begins on your Activation Day, the day I send you email notification that your web site is fully loaded to your domain host server. To claim a refund, you must notify me of your cancellation request within 30 days of your Activation Day. Upon receiving your request for cancellation, within 30 days of your Activation Day, I will remove all traces of the web site from your domain host server. Your refund will be issued within 7 days following the removal of the site.
Payment terms
All payments must be made via our secure PayPal server. Full payment details will be outlined in the Purchase Contract which will be sent to you upon request. Once you accept the Purchase Contract, I will create and upload your site, notify you that the site has been uploaded, and send you an invoice. You will receive your username and password to activate the toolbar upon confirmation of payment from PayPal.
